I’ve been trying to tell Jow Forums about a secret elite playground the world does not want you to know about, in a paradise on Earth called Fermont.
Gavin Bailey
Tell us about it

Nice fjord, sick pics. Any leafs have more pics?
Jordan Sullivan
Could you expand on that?

REMINDER THAT LABRADOR IS RIGHTFUL QUEBEC SOIL AND NOT ANGLO TERRITORY. WE WILL MAKE SURE OF THIS DURING THE WAR OF INDEPENDENCE.
Anthony Lopez
I’ve tried posting about it on Jow Forums literally within the last couple months.
There’s an old “mining town” right near there that you’ll see has almost no social media presence or pictures, or the stuff that is there, is super old and depicts it as an old run down mining town.
Something really strange is going on out there, though. Considering it’s in the middle of nowhere there are mansions going up, red license plates (diplomats and foreign elites) , and tons of armed guards and security details that won’t let you access large portions of the land out there.
There is definitely something fucked up going on out there and they don’t want you know about it
Also, for an “old mining town” they’ve got blazing fast internet and cheapest mail service in the country (go ahead, get a canadapost.ca quote to Fermont)
But nobody listens to me when I post about it
Owen Torres
I see a big Arcelor plant and its close to Labrador City, i heard the rich are really checking out Northern Leaf country now that the ice is melting away
Ethan Ortiz
Interesting seeing how Canada was the place the (((allied))) elite sent their kids during WW2.
Owen Gonzalez
I really wish I could maintain contact with someone out there, I was only there to work construction all expenses paid but trust me, there is the air of mystery out there big time. And a lot of luxuries and money being spent that makes no sense given it’s remoteness
Leo Martinez
bump, i want to know more. Google maps just shows a pretty basic town, any exact GPS coordinates I should be looking near?
Xavier Davis
Pretty sure it’s all super old data on Google Maps, also with street view purged.
Every couple weeks I go on a Googling frenzy looking for info, just started tonight, and I see a tiny shack for sale for $280k. This is insanity given the location . Where are you browsing?
What's the local air traffic / airport infrastructure like? any new builds?
Elijah Hughes
Billions of dollars of electricity are produced there and then sold under contract to Quebec for $0.002/KWh, who then turns around and sell said electricity to Ontario and the US for well over $0.10/KWh.
So people who live there are mostly job-related transplants?
Jose Gutierrez
There are many iron ore mines here. Half of my family lives up there. Nothing much outside of Lab City and Wabush- the two twin mining towns. Half the people are inbred retards on welfare, the others are alcoholics working in the mines. Any towns outside are too busy huffing gas to do anything of use. There's literally nothing going on their anons. The housing prices are significantly inflated for a few reasons: cost to bring in materials, high salaried workers at the mines, monopoly on construction companies.
Xavier Robinson
yeah looks like you would have to build special housing for those winters, i saw the annual temp charp, fn cold
Connor Carter
It was -40° C last week. It gets colder. Heating is not cheap

Rightful Quebec clay. In the treaty that made Newfoundland a Canadian province, Newfoundland was promised 8 miles inland from the sea for fisheries. They got 400 miles inland instead.
