I've read basic historiography about it, and am currently reading Sun and Steel. To me fascism seems like a culture-focused form of socialism heavy on syndicalism that could care less about the individual and the basic principles of economy.

Sun and Steel is a great book, but it more touches the spiritual side of fascism, and even then, it's more of an work by a Japanese person to Japanese people. I recommend checking out the pastebin you posted, there are many far better books to help understand Fascism than works by Mishima. About socialism - yes, you could say that, but keep in mind, that it's nothing like Marxist Socialism. Also, syndicalism was mainly a thing for Latin fascists (Italy, Spain, France), other movemnets had different influences, like NatSoc being influenced by German Socialism. You should've started with this post, your original post made you seem like a complete PragerU retard with regards to fascism.

And while I consider fascism far superior than marxist socialism and their variants - and even agree with some points - I personally believe that 1) the world has already too many collectivist ideologies, 2) it is too stigmatized to ever come back into mainstream, and especially 3) individual freedoms and economic development should be the main focus of a society, while culture and tradition should be responsibilities of the individual and associations.

Btw, I made a typo in my response. I meant the pastebin that I posted. About fascism - it's not purely collectivist, as communism is, and it's not purely individualistic as capitalism. There's still room for individual expression in fascism, it's even encouraged. We do not seek to destroy the individual, rather, we seek to empower him by being a part of a larger and stronger collective. About the stigma, well, I maybe we won't call it fascism, but in the end, I think that fascism is truth, and the cause of it just, and that ideals of fascism will reborn in our lifetimes. When talking about relationship between economy, culture and state, I think it's important to understand, that culture and tradition is more important than economy. And in the end, the biggest gains from capitalism go to the bourgeoisie, who I'm very much opposed to, and this model, with free markets and no cultural restrictions, allow them to become the ruling class, and as we can see while looking at today, they only care about their own personal gain. This in turn, creates degeneracy and things like mass immigration.

As a libertarian, I consider the State as the primal enemy of the individual, opressing him, taking away his riches and imposing burdens that slow down the development of the economy. One can argue with empirical evidence and aprioristic reason that the only way to a truly wealthy country is through capitalism. I believe your neighbor Estonia is developing really quickly thanks to a fusion of free market and technology. So a rich burgeoisie class is a necessity, but they must reach the top thanks to the market instead of statist privileges (as it goes in most of the world).
In regards to the cultural aspect, many people criticize capitalism because it supposedly doesn't care about it. However, humans will naturally converge into associations (like churches), provided that this path isn't intentionally blocked by some external force. The only issue I have with this view, which is an ancap one, is the psychological aspect of the individual and some special context that makes it impossible. About it, I remember the hong kong guy who hanged himself in his apartment but was discovered only three years later.

this isn't fault of the free market, it's caused by cultural marxism. It's governments and ((people)) actively trying to undermine the western nations.

Sure, but it depends on what you want to study.
About economy, Hayek's Road of Serfdom and Hoppe's Economic Science and the Austrian Method if you have the basics. Any of Mises's works are nice too. But if you're interested in philosophy and epistemology, Hoppe's God that Failed and Theory on Socialism and Capitalism, with Kant's Metaphysics of Morals as a background. Keep in mind that Hoppe is an anarchocapitalist and not minarchist, though, so he's pretty extreme at times. As for ethics and philosophy of law, i can't really recommend anything as I haven't researched anything specific to libertarianism yet, and I've sticked to a number of theories on human rights, political treatises and and built up my own opinion on the subject. However, Hoppe always talks about these in his works
