I work in ad agencies and know many people at Grey. While you may be able to make that long winded connection, it's really just that SJWs and 'minorities' are being hired by these corportatists. There is no agenda from the top to make this crap. They pushed minorities into corporate positions because it reduces lawsuits, gets tax deductions, and they generally can work for less.
