Unlike the Kavachad arc, the statute of limitations has not run out for either alleged assault. Dude could actually be charged in both Massachusetts and North Carolina. How the fuck they would prove a rape from almost 20 years ago is beyond me but it's possible...especially if he is impeached and testifies at his trial. He could inadvertently incriminate himself but I would imagine he wouldn't testify.
That said, he won't be impeached because it would require unanimous consent to introduce articles of impeachment at this stage of the General Assembly session.

The rehab farm gives people skills and gets them consuming things that will make them better again instead of fat and sick and not thinking. Fix the nutrition, fix the thinking. Such a place would be a ONE-OFF jail. you wouldn't get to leave for a certain segment, once you go thru intake--your already homeless. You can hate what the homeless do, but any solution MUST come from the heart. Throwing money at this does not work!!!

Well the homeless near me are pretty reasonable and stay out of people’s way for the most part except tents sometimes encroaching on sidewalks and taking up space in the park nearby. I used to sit down and talk story with some on my way to class, occasionally. Two even shared their weed with me when I told them I aced my midterms.

Forced labor camps for the homeless wouldn't be a bad idea, but you have to understand that a certain % of them would not cooperate no matter what. So you'd have to be prepared to use force on them and convince people that it was neccessary.

As the saying goes: “you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink”. If what you say comes to pass, it will set a dangerous precedent that can abuse the law to create what is essentially systematic kidnapping through arbitrary means to create what will eventually become legalized slave labor (although, to be fair, our prison system already does that through parole eligibility).
I’ve no doubt you come from a place of compassion, but you need to think your idea through much, much more thoroughly.
