for your Senate-confirmed presidential appointees, you want to do a FOIA request to the FBI and ask for their SF 86s. Limit your inquiry to Section 10, which is the dual citizenship section. If your request is too broad, it will be rejected on privacy grounds. PA appointees would probably have been investigated by NBIB, or if they worked for an agency with delegated investigative authority (most LE and USIC), by that agency. So you'd direct your FOIA request there.

U.S. President Richard Nixon called for a suspension of the Bretton Woods Agreement in 1971 when it collapsed. The agreement was dissolved between 1968 and 1973. In 1973, the agreement officially ended.
