Anyone know any good home rotary mills? What is a good high tolerance drill bits? Also, any methods for drilling hexagonal bores?

My buddy has built his own 5-axis mill but It's still not constant enough to do steel. I keep telling him he needs a closed loop system but he's too lazy to do it right.

Basically, I'm asking what a good hand mill system would be? I found a watch-makers mill for really cheap but I don't think it's big enough to do parts.

All the actual mechanics of an AR-15 variant or a Glock 19 handgun can be found online, legally. The only issue you run into would be magazines and lower receivers. For AK variants, you don't need a press. Just purchase the barrel, trunion, bolt and trigger. The receiver can be rolled from a piece of sheet metal. Again, magazine production will be the hard part.
