I think a large part of bridging the gap is not only being able to admit that women aren't to blame for your inability to connect with them but also for the "other side" to acknowledge that just spontaneously "learning" how to be a functional human being with a developed emotional intelligence is a large unrealistic expectation. Writing down a list of signs and signals is not the answer here. Seeking treatment and professional guidance for your dysfunction is the answer.
