Neetbux: a Simulation

So, in this government simulation, it tries to be impartial when it comes to studies, and it simplifies a lot, like for example, the population is just people under a single Bell curve, taxes are state and federal taxes and what not. Well, either way, I tried to implement UBI into the US and see how that would work out economically, and it seems like it is kind of working well if one plays their cards right.

I ran 4 simulations before this one trying to implement universal healthcare and UBI and it immediately stagnated economic growth, shot crime rates up and unemployment. I tried to mitigate that with reducing corporate tax, but that didn't work. Almost always my approval rating will drop like a brick with the economy, but on this simulation, I realized something. With UBI, there is no need for a minimum wage. I adjusted the VAT and all as Yang suggested, and modified some taxes and spending to take care of that and then abolished the minimum wage. It seems to work out fine so far.

I haven't implemented universal healthcare and made it so that insurance companies have to cover %80 of the costs. I also reduced corporate taxes and increased income tax slightly to cove what was lost in tax revenue, and increased sales tax to cover for UBI and stuff, and it seems like it is working out so far.

GDP is shooting up and crime is going down as now I can allocate more funds to the police force which also became less necessary as crime continues to drop. I also added very strict anti-corruption laws and basically abolished gun control but made illegal gun ownership come with very strict punishments, and crime dropped even more.

So, with Yang's human-centered capitalism, it seems like it can work. Might even be similar to the socialism part of NatSoc but tossing out the nationalism.

Here are the results.

If Yang plays his cards correctly, he can really stimulate the economy if he abolishes the minimum wage and puts UBI into play. I also doubt his chances are high at all. He needs to get the house and senate to agree with him and the deep state to work with him and corporate to approve that. A president can only do too much.

This government simulation is obviously very limited and not sufficient at all in my opinion to prove anything, but I was just playing around with it seeing if it is possible to even have UBI without destroying the economy. I don't think Yang has any plans to abolish the minimum wage as well or have anti-corrpution laws or have any form of absolute control to actually implemnt all of this unless he gets everyone on board.

You realize this is a video game and not real world economics right

It is a simulation based on actual data. It says that.

Government Simulator

Thanks

If america was mostly white it might work. Having minimum needs met and then have luxury be whatever you work for. But niggers and spic wont work and will continue steal shit to pop out kids. It will crash because of over population.

We dont need a simulation to see how it works. They tried it in parts of Ontario (biggest population province in Canada) and they did a test with a few people in Finland. Both failed, as with any tests there were flaws and we wont know the full effects until we actually have a country-wide test implementation but it's not looking good for UBI right now. I think UBI will be needed in the future if we are in the automation time line (which I would hope we arent) but currently it seems really sketchy.

True, the majority of whites I've met, even ones who are low IQ, always feel shameful about taking welfare because they know where it comes from and care about the country. These parasites dont.

what if you did all those things without the UBI?

Yeah, I agree. When only like %40 or less of the labor force is needed to get things working, one can make the case for a UBI. Currently, it seems like we are in a midpoint of about ~60% of the labor force participating, yet every candidate want immigrants for some fucking reason.

Communism/Socialism works on paper but never in real life. This simulation is no different.

That is interesting. I only got a %6 jump in economic growth after sufficiently funding UBI for about $1,000 a month per person.
Actually, the current funding is about $418 billion per quarter which is what? 3 months? So that is about $423.50 a month per citizen. I'll adjust that to a $1,000/month/person and see what happens.

Economic growth also jumped another 3% after dropping to nothing

It is not really communism when the means of production are still privatized.
I guess it is socialism

It looks like unemployment is slowly creeping up though. Trying to mitigate that. Again, this simulation is very simplified and basic and is not reflective of reality. This is not supporting commies or socialists at all, but more of an exploration for discussion and just messing around. Personally, I see the balkanization of the US as inevitable if the economy collapses. Keeping everyone fed and taken care of will reduce this possibility as no population will revolt against a government that is keeping them docile with free money.
