You fail to realize that many employers only pay their employees a decent wage because they don't want to start a strike. Why do they fear strikes? Strikes have been successful in the past. Many of these past worker strikes have received support from socialist organizations.

Throughout history, socialists have made many contributions to the world that cannot be seen in the law codes. Union action is also influenced by socialists, and union action has a tremendous effect on wages.

In fact, social anarchists believe that worker unions can create a utopia without state assistance. That's why social anarchism isn't an oxymoron.
