If God was all powerful (omnipotent) and all knowing (omniscient), he has the ability to but doesn't act on the process. He wants all of these to happen as a natural process. I believe his morals simply works on a different level than we humans know spiritual morality. Take animals. Animals have their own set of "immoral" actions such as rape and murder, but their actions aren't taken into consideration on objective spiritual judgement but as a natural process that has purpose. Humans are likely to be the same if viewed by God if he does exist. Take the NZ shooter after all.
