I cut down on alcohol, increased the fibre, exercise and weight lifting in my diet.

The only thing you might want to actually take is vitamin D during winter. If you have a proper diet with good quality food you don't need anything else.

does this shit actually help? i used to take them (cuz i had vitamin d insufficiency) daily for 2 months but i stopped late-january, feel like shit since then but i just assumed its fucked up sleep schedule/placebo. thoughts?

Also everything else shouldnt be taken in excess unless you are deficient. Everything else can become toxic if you have sufficient levels and then over supplement.
