That's the idea.

Lmao what was QE then?

controlled demolition

explain

FPBP

Ah the 9/11 of the finance industry

This needs to be talked about. How can people honestly think UBI as well as raising taxes on everything will work out?

Watch some horrible foreign connected politician is finally going to get this into the American system and then we will need ANOTHER solution to fix this problem. Ignoring the pyramid scheme.

The federal reserve system would only allow hyper inflation to occur in the US/EU if white people started benefiting from their country again.

We want inflation to help erase the debt the American people are trapped into by the (((BANKS)))

Attached: j-lui.png (2575x2293, 2.78M)

UBI basically would have to replace all other forms of welfare in order to have any benefit. Welfare currently basically takes $3 to make $1 in gibs.

that's the point of UBI, that it does replace all other welfare and massively reduces the bureaucracy surrounding it.

but that is why it will never get implemented because every minority group is getting way more than $1000 a month in benefits.

doubt.jpg

I know people that scam the government for all they can and they don't get so much.

Yes right though youtu.be/NAtyv8NpbFQ

Libertarians have just been lying to everyone. Yang talks about the actual stats people Ben Shapiro and the Heritage Foundation have been sweeping under the rug. They don't give a fuck about the working class

Attached: Obi1.jpg (800x800, 59K)

This is good for bitcoin

14" horse dildo

All the money comes from taxes to the tech sector, it's not printing money.

>legitimately caring about the economy in current year + 4
Y I K E S

Section 8 housing literally gives blacks access to homes in middle class suburbs with rents that average 1500 to 3000 a month.

I have seen SNAP benefits for $600+ dollars and of course if they are getting that much they are getting free healthcare too with rent assistance

Yang's right about college being total shit youtu.be/-DMCsXq_mYw

Attached: Robots.jpg (1080x1562, 115K)

You would have to give up your other benefits. My concern is it isn't enough, but you can probably team up with other people on UBI to share rent. Maybe people can just move to cheaper places to live so the income will be of more benefit.

Hyperinflation is caused by an uncontrolled monetary emission, which in turn is mostly caused by the fiscal deficit. Right now you have both in America, it is not an if but a when.

is the proposed VAT tax specifically targeting tech companies?

The meme that destroyed yang

We started a war in Iraq which will cost us a trillion in the end and the government is essentially printing money to cover it. We have been screwed over through war. I get pissed over the complaints on helping the working poor.

>We pledge allegiance to the bag, of the People's Utopia of North America.

Yangsters rise up.

no new money will enter the market you moron, how would that cause inflation let alone hyperinflation? migashills really are just grasping at straws at this point

Yes

fuck you boomer

>war in Iraq which will cost us a trillion in the end

This is one of the things that amaze me about America. You went to war having a 100% certainty that there where WMD. You couldn't find one. The war costed trillions. Nobody in congress started interrogating the once who came up with the intelligence that there were WMD in Iraq. You went to war with fake intelligence and nobody was punished nor grilled for it. In a private company you'd at least get fired and possibly sued.

Nigga plz , you are talking to a fellow argentinean we know this stuff.

The wars basically rise your debt from 50% to 90% of your gdp over a period of a decade.

Here you are talking of rising from 100% to 1800% of debt to gdp in 5 years

It would be your destruction , but then again this is good for bitcoin so do as you want.

The part of me that says "let's save America by opposing this commie bullshit" is against UBI obviously, but the part of me that says "it's too far gone, let's burn this fucker down asap so we can start over" is very much in support of the idea.

My biggest doubt comes because it's something which is in danger of actually benefitting, rather than just blatantly robbing, the honest productive people. Just seems out of character.

Good for crypto so there's that.

It’s another episode of “conservatives don’t know what inflation is”

Yang says companies like Amazon will pay the tax, but they will get some of the money back when people buy more stuff.

I hate Amazon youtu.be/s4o65yNaRIE

Attached: Wtf.jpg (1242x1077, 253K)

Only (((creditors and investors)) will suffer from hyperinflation. The vast majority of Americans are debtors who will benefit from hyperinflation, all of our debts will be wiped away, paid off with pocket change.

Attached: 1520740069973.png (542x666, 248K)

Very easy like, no stamps, no medicare free gibs, and every otehr free shit you currently have, it's just not being said right now, it will remove all of the gibs just for mere 1000$ a month

You have no idea what is to live with inflation. Investors are able to buy hard assets which are not affected by it. The common goy will suffer the most, while inflation wrecks the economy and his salary doesn't keep up with it.

good thread to drop some red pills in

Is talking about taxing the rich tech company who will replace everyone with automation and AI. People are going to be screwed. Everyone has been lied to about people in industries where they lost their jobs. For the most part their lives are just over when they happens. Some 45 year old truck driver isn't going to go back to school, learn to code and compete with anyone. They are just fucked.

I have tens of thousand of dollars in student debt that I can never pay off, as do millions of other Americans. When indebtedness reaches a certain level, hyperinflation becomes a method of wealth redistribution from elites to the poor.

Attached: 1499496339880.png (502x410, 98K)

>$1000 UBI every month
>oh hey what a coincidence my rest just increased by exactly $1000
>and nothing changed, except now I have to pay taxes on $12000 in extra income every year

UBI isn't a new concept whatsoever, fucking founding father Thomas Paine was already for it. And don't believe the neocon boomer lie that this shit is socialist
libertarianism.org/columns/libertarian-case-basic-income
>Milton Friedman and Frederich Kayek, the key figures in modern lassiez faire economics and classical liberalism, and referenced by almost all modern economists and politicians who follow their schools of thought, supported UBI.

>Both Milton Friedman and Friedrich Hayek advocated for something like a Basic Income Guarantee as a proper function of government, though on somewhat different grounds. Friedman’s argument comes in chapter 9 of his Capitalism and Freedom, and is based on the idea that private attempts at relieving poverty involve what he called “neighborhood effects” or positive externalities. Such externalities, Friedman argues, mean that private charity will be undersupplied by voluntary action.

>[W]e might all of us be willing to contribute to the relief of poverty, provided everyone else did. We might not be willing to contribute the same amount without such assurance.

>And so, Friedman concludes, some “governmental action to alleviate poverty” is justified. Specifically, government is justified in setting “a floor under the standard of life of every person in the community,” a floor that takes the form of his famous “Negative Income Tax” proposal.

>Friedrich Hayek’s argument, appearing 17 years later in volume 3 of his Law, Legislation, and Liberty, is even more powerful. Here’s the crucial passage:

>The assurance of a certain minimum income for everyone, or a sort of floor below which nobody need fall even when he is unable to provide for himself

>Giving everyone money they haven't earned totally isn't socialism!

Wrong, neetbux are pillaged from amazon. They don't increase the money supply, so no inflation

The bank bailout didnt create superinflation

This. We need that money for wallstreet and Israel anyway

Andrew Yang understands it's the college administrative staff that is getting all that money while you get stuck with the debt. Here's talking student loan forgiveness, but also no federal money for universities with bloated admin staff youtu.be/-DMCsXq_mYw

It will be heard for the corprocrats to fight against him, but they certainly will try.

Yang says in the Joe Rogan podcast that you'll get to pick.

Attached: 1552335442364.png (640x1800, 873K)

>leave math to neo-liberals
>hyperinflation with gdp of 18T per month

Listen to the whole interview youtu.be/cTsEzmFamZ8

My biggest concern about Yang, is he will give the LGBTQP movement more power, and they shouldn't have it.

Attached: BornThatWay_AfterTheBall_p184.png (543x852, 617K)

Hyperinflation is always the inevitable destiny for fiat currencies. Might as well accelerate it and get $1,000 per month out of it.

It's coming from a tax on tech, so he is not printing money to pay for it though. Just like if you live in Alaska you get money every year from the oil companies. Alaska has a universal basic income.

Attached: dollar sign.jpg (900x900, 788K)

You have the best meme buy far.

Attached: ThumbsUp.png (1307x1600, 225K)

I know us enough economics to be intrigued but have many questions.

>ppl get yangbuck
>ppl could afford more stuff/services
>prices go up cuz business make less profits
>ppl who saved money for the entire life got fucked so hard and committed suicide

I hope this helps.

IF YOU TALK ABOUT UBI WITHOUT TALKING ABOUT GOING TO A DEFLATIONARY SYSTEM YOU ARE FULL OF SHIT.

IF YOU STILL TALK ABOUT GOING TO DEFLATIONARY SYSTEM BUT TALK MORE ABOUT UBI YOU ARE FULL OF SHIT. THATS THE EQUIVALENT OF SAYING USA ELECTION SUCKS BECAUSE OF ELECTORALS YSTEM AND NOT BECAUSE OF FIRST PAST THE POST (USED TO DECIDE STATE WINNER AND PARTIALLY USED TO DECIDE ELECTORAL COLLEGE WINNER).

So the cost of doing business rises, and buying power rises.

Increased business costs will shift supply curve to the left. Increased buying power will shift demand curve to the right.

By my brainlet, Macroecon 101 knowledge, wouldn't this cause prices to increase from both ends? Depending on the relative changes quantity supplied might change either way or stay relatively the same.

I suppose I'd need real numbers to see what this looks like. A slight increase in prices might still make this a net gain, especially if it ends up being cheaper than modern welfare after everything is considered, but this is definitely a sounds too good to be true scenario.

Unless we're all in for it on the accelerationist meme, which has some merit I suppose.

We have people committing suicide because they can't find work. That's the problem youtu.be/cTsEzmFamZ8

Attached: Suicide.jpg (1080x1984, 544K)

>fed
>america
>hyperinflation
i wonder who hide behind that memeflag

But he didn't say he's going to pay for it by printing new money did he?

We've already moved on from this. Try to keep up, faggarino.

>When indebtedness reaches a certain level, hyperinflation becomes a method of wealth redistribution from elites to the poor.

Nope.
It will be a short term fix that will cause a much worse term problem.

>continued indebtedness + $0
>continued indebtedness + $1000
hard to choose I know

>people buy more stuff
>businesses make less profits
behold, the peak intelligence of a brown subhuman

We just did this with Obama. We can make it worse or.. well it's only ever going to be worse.

Kek. Well put.
And you too.
Is there a conspiracy to 2008 or do people not know yet?

We are talking about different things.

You are talking about UBI, which depending how it is implemented, might or might not cause hyperinflation.

I'm talking with the other user how inflation is also bad for the average wageslave.

UBI does not change the money supply, there will be no inflation

>10% VAT on all goods and services
>inflation
>multi-trillion dollar new social program plans to benefit illegals and single moms
WHAT A GREAT PLAN, WHAT COULD POSSIBLY FAIL???

>everyone now has more money
>thinks businesses won’t raise prices
>forgets that everything from your rent to you food is now 10% more expensive and your $1000 is worth about $150 after implementation
There’s a lot of retardation in the Yangfags minds, but hey, they have Richard Spencer on their side, so that should get certain victory!

Tl;dr, the yangplan is that the government will fork out 1.8 trillion dollars in UBI. It will get back 1 trillion in the form of sales taxes, decreased costs from reduced use of public services (prisons, emergency rooms, ect), and "increased economic activity." The other .8 trillion will come from a VAT tax on artificial intelligence.

This guy is actually dumber than AOC.

Attached: homertrash.jpg (500x385, 63K)

everyone now has more money
Except I just said it did not change the money supply, that money came from somewhere. So clearly "everyone" does not have more money.

Furthermore the reason UBI is even being discussed is because of automation, which is set to vastly increase the supply of goods in the economy. Why would a store owner raise their prices because of UBI when they just got automated service workers?

>giving white people their money back will cause hyperinflation
fuck off, idiot

yep and the bots would save on
>cost of workers compensation
>cost of worker insurance
>cost of parental leave
>cost of danger pay
>cost of workers salary
>cost of workers overtime
>cost of workers holiday leave
robots don't need any of this shit, I'm sure I left some out but companies will save a tonne inevitably leading to falls in the prices of goods.

buy bitcoin

Attached: btc.png (1023x433, 562K)

>plans to benefit illegals and single moms
Like that isn't already happening over there, the only change would be that the rest also get the gibs and the leeches lose buying power

god is dead

Attached: yanggang.png (2100x1500, 2.53M)

There's much worse things that can happen with UBI than those small problems.
MegaCorps will use it to go to a post-capitalist scenario where they control everything forever.

look up rent control, retard

wow, all the other threads were lame but you were like "hold my beer" and made a prison soap joke!! fucking epic!

>what is moving to a place with less demand for rent thus lower prices
you don't understand capitalism do you....

Stupid faggot.

but muh USA, muh big nation, muh hundreds of millions of people

But a big Mac is like $3 now. If McDonald's paid 18/hr then niggers wouldn't be allowed to work there anymore.

do you think that's an anti-yang image?

dont worry when robots come even whitey wont work there

A corporation works to maximize the profit of its shareholders, not its employers. They could probably offer much more, but their aim is not to do charity but profit.
