I will say this. That magazine WAS IN THE MOSQUE before he entered. How that is possible? I do not know. I do see bullet casings all over the mosque floor so that theory is flawed. However when outside if anyone here has ever shot a high impact rifle, you would know those casings fly anywhere from 3-10 feet from the chamber when fired and they bounce around. Outside on the street they can end up anywhere in a 3-15 ft radius depending on the surroundings, velocity, and angle of exiting the chamber. They could also roll into the gutter and down into sewer. They can be concealed in grass etc. anyone who's watched an episode of "The first 48" would know this.
