It's a great place, just stay out of the twin cities and Rochester and you are fine. If you take away those places, the state is pretty much 99% white and acts like it.

Pick a small town outside Appleton, its God's Country. I went to Appleton last November, I saw 30+ spics, several blacks and a tranny.
