This is a good idea. But I think we'll have to modify it somewhat because literal black and white do not appear very frequently in other words in the english language and most of the examples people have posted so far are not that useful. It might have to be words that are commonly associated with the colours black and white.
Burn the coal is a good example of colour association.
Maybe list out the colours in the LGBT flag and then find words that associate with each colour and connect them with the various traits, gay, bi etc.
