This is pretty good, but I don't agree with it all the way.
For instance, South Carolina looks muslim as fuck. A fucking crescent moon and a tropical tree. Just change it from blue to green and grab your scimitar already.
Mississippi's flag also looks like ass. Like a retard made it on Word 5 by pasting the Confederate Flag in the corner of the Dutch Flag and left the white borders. Total trash.
Meanwhile, the words issue can be true. It's retarded to just write IOWA or INDIANA or ARKANSAS in the middle of the fucking flag. I'd promote Rhode Island, though. One word, 4 letters, in a banner, under the anchor with 13 stars. It's referencing the Bible, Hebrews 6:19, "Hope is the anchor of the soul." King granted the colony status with it in the 1630s. It's fine.

Using the state seal as a flag is lazy. A flag, a seal, and a coat of arms all have different purposes and thus should have different designs but can be complimentary to each other. Alabama has a nice simple flag, a shitty state seal (basically a map of the state) and a pretty good coat of arms.
