chinese government would immediately cut the internet of anyone receiving a message like that, I'm to believe. They want to keep the massacre hush-hush, its all politically subversive stuff. If they log back into the account the message would reload and the govt would register them as looking up that content multiple times,. getting them on a watch list at the very least. Some of them give their addresses on the sale page so mailing them that message printed to their house could also work, make the letter look extra suspicious so the Chinese authorities open it and have a read.
