The censor is primarily there to record and officially ban instances of CP. You look through the list of censored material and it is all CP, but the law does extend to other material, a lot of degenerate shit from the 70s, snuff films etc. Frankly anything that offends them is offensive. What gets me is that kid was arrested before and charged the day it was made illegal. So the police technically held the kid for days without an actual legal standpoint for doing so.
