Normal people have mixed experiences (as opposed to negative) with people of other races, and you look ridiculous when you act unironically state ideas like lynching 100% of blacks. You will be more likely to affect political change if you call out bad ideas instead. It has been an SJW tactic to plant racism in places (Trump rallies, internet forums) to make reasonable people look unreasonable.

Also, I think normal people take it on faith that most of us are close enough in IQ to form a functioning society.
