Does this look Infected?

Wasn't infect 3 days ago last bandage changing. 10 day old table saw accident. was basically submerged in neosporin while under the last bandage. is that just skin starting to form?

Real answer, ask a doctor. A basic office visit isn't that much. Don't go to a hospital or emergency room, find a local practice, call and make an appointment.
Last time I went was about 120$, thought that was about 6 years ago. And of course different offices have different policies, contracts, ect. Call around and find out.

Looks like basic wound healing to me, but you really ought to consider proper medical treatment if you can... We're not doctors.

If you're not going to do that - keep that shit covered up, ointment applied, and keep it clean. Liquid band aid might not be a bad idea, but I've never used it in a big open wound like that.

Also infection smells. And you mostly prevent infection by changing bandages every day and dezinfecting the wound.

My dermetologist told me neosporin is horrible for your skin because it keeps the skin from building it's own defenses. But I'm not sure if would still apply to open wounds....

These can work if you can set a whole day aside. Wait times are often several hours.
