I think Mueller did the best possible thing. I love that he left it up to Barr to make that determination. From a legal standpoint everything is tied up with a pretty bow. From a public persuasion standpoint, this issue is dead. But somehow they threaded the needle to get the media and Democrats to keep chasing this ghost.
