Ok, so you can increase your forearm and wrist strength by googling exercises. The only one I know is stand up and take some free weights and turn your arm and where do not word like toward your toward the front and then toward the back.
Dude just go to the gym and ask a trainer to help you out. You're going to have to lift weights.
I don't like weights or have money for gym.
If you're familiar with parkour, doing pull ups on a wall with a flat edge at the top in the cat position is a fantastic way to get beefy forearms.
Deadlifts are pretty good, too. Same with things like farmer walks, and shrugs.
Could probably find some large boulders and do a bit of deadlifting with those, that'd be pretty amazing for the forearms I've seen a lot of people do that with like 300lb concrete balls.

if you refuse to use weights / go to the gym, you could try pushups and planks, they won't do much for your twiggy wrists though

I just pick up a 45 lb. bar palms down and do curls towards my chin.
Then I pick it up palms up and do wrist curls toward my chin

We have literally the same arm except you're white. There's no escape, eventually we have to hit the gym
