There's a distinction between race and ethnicity.
Race is like black vs. white.
Ethnicity is hispanic vs. non-hispanic.
Also there's a difference between being mixed race and having some admixture.

It's a bit hard to make out if your graph supports your claim, but I did find another source which seems to say something similar to what you said but with a more comprehensible chart. Note the numbers don't quite add up like you claimed they did, and note how the term used is admixture.
