Without shitting exclusively on "le kike god Yahweh" I wanted to see what gods are supported here. I know Kek of the Egyptian Ogdoad is big ironically and probably unironically but so far all I ever see when folks shitpost about Pagan revivalism is mentions of Odin.
A lot of past gods were shit even in the eyes of those who acknowledged them. Ares was disliked by the Greeks, whereas his counterpart Mars was respected as a chief deity of the Romans. So I know every culture would go with the gods/concepts that fit their society best...
But where does pol stand? As far as I know the Greeks and Romans interpreted Thoth and Odin as comparable to Hermes and Mercury respectively. I see all these as iterations of a god of eloquence responsible for writing and books.
I think Hermes-Mercury-Thoth-Odin stands out as the best representation of a godly archetype for Occidentalists. Guide of souls, god of eloquence and writing, lovable trickster, and Hermes especially was the chad god of sports and athleticism.

Okay, just make it very clear that they are fictional characters then. There's lots of fictional characters people can aspire to be like because they exhibit good character and morality, you don't need to make shit up and claim it's real. While some religions promote good morality, you can have morality without Gods, and are obligated to since lying to people (especially parents lying to their children) is inherently immoral. Also these schemes of Gods tends to lead to abuse of power and corruption, and there's a big difference between having a plain code of ethics vs the will of a being which is debatebly up for interpretation.
