My Grandparents live in Saarbrucken Germany, So I can tell you what they told me
They said The situation really worsened in their city as it became more dirty and muslims became very common to see there. They also they said that in last year there were a lot of news about deportations and reduction of immigration so the situation should theoretically get better. They didn't talk about any improvements I Saarbrucken but this city is right on the French borders and Muslims to come pouring in from there, so it will be more difficult to get rid of those.
