Fuck it hurts

Broke up with my bf recently. We loved each other very much but our lives are about to go in very different directions so a relationship isn't viable atm.
I miss him, and I know he misses me and I'm so upset thinking about him being sad. He's a really quiet, shy, mildly sneed-ish guy and I was his first gf. I don't want to sound harsh about him but I'm scared he'll be alone for a long time now and will struggle to get over me. I just want him to be ok. Have any of you been in his position, and gotten through it? The breakup was a mutual agreement but I still feel terrible, I guess mostly because I've had painful breakups before but this is his first.

jesus christ does every woman have a messiah complex?

Make a fake identity with another phone and use it to get close to your ex without meeting in person. This way you can know if he misses you and help him deal with it by making him want someone else (who is also you)

It's not like there's anything I can actually do for him. I know, he needs to figure this out on his own, I'm just sad and hope he's alright

This. Sometimes being alone for shy/quiet people isn't a bad thing. I have this same feeling towards my own ex until the day we broke up and he told me he's an adult, he can handle himself. It's your own self-consciousness towards that part of him that is controlling your fear over his well being. Plenty of dudes have NEVER had a gf and while they vent on threads like these, most of them make by from their interests and hobbies, friends or family. It'll be sad but if you guys have opposite personalities that wouldn't work well in the long run, it's best to let him go so in his future he can find someone like him.

This is actually a really helpful response, thank you user

You're not his God. He doesn't need you. He'll be fine forever without you.

>mutual agreement
he's fine. he will feel like shit for a while but he's fine.
sweet of you to be worried, though.

I hope he kills himself. Just to prove you wrong.

Kek. Not him but you sure are a good, loving, caring person OP.

Am not OP.

Audibly laughed, 9/10

Sweetest idea. Please do that OP.

Honestly OP leave him alone. Talking to him will give him hope that you might be open to getting back together. I'm in the situation and I wish my ex would stop checking in on me, giving me fake words of encouragement. We both know why you're doing it: to build yourself up and tell yourself that you aren't a bad person

t. actual crazy bdp hoes.

Did ya'll live together?

What advice do you want?

In your OP you did not ask a question. Remember to ask clear questions so we can help you best. Otherwise it's just a rant thread and all the replies are useless 'there there sweet child' posts.

this misses the bit where the commit suicide in their mid-30s after being unable to fix themselves.

Cleansing of the gene pool.

Stop being a stupid whore
