No. The Qunnipiac poll in particular had Hillary beating Trump by 5 in Pennsylvania (he won by 0.72%). So the Quinnipiac poll was off by c. 6% in favor of Hillary. If it's off by the same margin in favor of Biden, Biden still wins by 7 points. He's not just "ahead" of Trump in Pennsylvania polls, he is WAY ahead. In 2016, Hillary won all the states in which polls put her WAY ahead.

Any organization holding polls this far out, is doing it to get Democrat attention, and universally oversample Democrats--sometimes by counting them as high as 40% of the population (for comparison, in 2008, that high-water mark for Democratic participation, it was only 34% of the population). You see this most prominently in the male demographic. Men never vote for Republicans at less than 55%, and in recent years, it's been 60-67%. They appear to be weighting by the 2018 election, which is enough to show you that they're soft-rigging the polls, as no credibly org would use a non-Presidential year for weighting, nor a year so one-sided in turnout.
