Once the allies declared war on Germany it was over, everyone knew that, so the cost was the elimination of jews from Europe. It was their war (financiers) after all. So they paid in blood.

He also hated them for the dissolution of Austria-Hungary which was in his eyes the fault of the slavs (he talks about this in his book, which made him realise that different races cannot coexist in a single country, each race is just going to try and enrich itself at the cost of the others which always leads to tension)
