It's not just white men. There are a lot of non-white NEETs. From what I've seen though immigrant communities do more to try to get them to do something, and are sometimes more successful, but I think that only lasts a generation or two at most.
If you give it time I think we'll see higher NEET rates among almost all minorities. It won't fix our problems if we keep having more immigration. A pretty big segment of the incel community is American minorities who are aware that because they are short and non-white they have low sexual market value, and so even if they do try pretty hard they won't get what they want.
