That has no basis in reality. Just because someone put in loss leaders and sales from years ago doesn't change the fact when you walk into a Canadian grocery store you are forced to pay $30-40/kg for chicken breast, $8-16/gallon for mill, $30-80/kg for cheese and $50-80/kg for steak.
