India invents eco-friendly, hydrogen-powered automobile engine

Find some fault with this Indian Invention
>hint: you cannot

This proves Indians are as much intelligent as Japanese, since Japan has decided to import this engine from India

imagine hordes of indians refueling hydrogen at gas stations

Shh

Explodes a lot.

India causes more methane pollution than the American cattle industry.

No offense, but these engines have existed for decades in the United states

>find a fault
How are they storing the hydrogen during transportation? The hydrogen engine isn't a new invention but the transportation of the hydrogen is what kills the project every time

>I call bullshit
That's a Honda generator.

>hydrogen at gas stations
Here, have a picture of a hydrogen gas station. Note the tastefully concealed solid concrete structure and the very respectful distance from the fossil fuel part of the gas station.

Hydrogen fueled engines are a meme. If you want to fuel vehicles, make a synthetic hydrocarbon (methanol for instance) from that hydrogen. Not nearly as much of an explosion waiting to happen as hydrogen (extremely volatile, diffuses through everything, reacts with air to form flammable gas).

>hydrogen-powered automobile engine
Old news OP, old news. God work pajeets, some of your guys finally caught up to 1970's America. I hope they don't get suicided. That technology is never going anywhere BTW. Too many powerful people have too much money to lose and your fellow man doesn't give a dam. Feel free to learn about it and use it, but i suggest that you keep your mouth shut. You won't like the outcome.

it's not a non-polluting bicycle in the isolationist german-esque ethnostate.

Thats not new,we have the technology since the 19th century and germany was using those engines during ww2 to some effect (just civilian use tho)

I remember when California took a few billion dollars to open Hydrogen fueling stations. They opened 2 of them. They stayed open for about 1 day. They money and the fueling stations got swept under the rug.

youtube.com/watch?v=f7MzFfuNOtY

oh fun stuff

that motor wont last long browns gas(pun intended) breaks down the internal parts of the engine making it last a mere 10% of its current rated life cycle.

also depend on what the block is made of it could produce poisonous gases.

actually i am in favor of the poos gasing themselves Please make it so

>reinvent a 90 year old proven to work concept but never actually considered because shit will go boom
>superpower 2020
Good job pajeet, next you might find out how submarines actually work without sinking them or uncover the magic of producing electricity using magnets and copper wire.

actually disregard that link, thought that the engine was a fuel cell

Waiting for poo in loo comments

based

You stupid indians should make an engine that transform shit in energy.
You'll be so rich for doing that

>They money and the fueling stations got swept under the rug.

Is that Californian code for "niggers stole everything"?

They already have. Granted, it's a messy process because it produces energy and diarrhea, but well...the byproduct fuels the cycle. Indian perpetuum mobile.

Damn, forgot pic related.

its under no load, therefore worthless test

That exists actually.

the problem with hydrogen isn't using it as fuel
it's getting it into a state so that it can be used as fuel

>India invents eco-friendly, hydrogen-powered automobile engine
Isn't this like, half a century behind the other ones?

But we did

>Find a flaw
Hydrogen is not as easy to come by as you think, getting hydrogen from water requires a little bit more energy than hydrogen itself can produce by combustion

hydrogen powered engine is not a new invention

Need to invent something that is like mr fusion on back to the future that can be shit on and run a rickshaw

Attached: 3445.jpg (544x235, 52K)

No way to get hydrogen that consumes less energy that what it generates

my tip that is only design pattern

hydro engine is not some kind of new thing

>people should be driving around in h-bombs on wheels
Have you ever looked into how reactive hydrogen is, user? Look up how it's stored. Even a tiny amount is kept behind ridiculously thick plate glass and that only serves to minimize damage should a reaction occur. iirc it's a 3-foot thick wall of plate glass for less than a gram of hydrogen in storage and STILL all that serves to do is absorb most of the energy from a reaction, the enclosure is destroyed in this case, the stuff is fucking VOLATILE. I'm looking forward to the news out of india the first time there's a pile-up (which happens constantly there) and one or more h-engines is involved. Holy fuck the damage is gonna be insane.

>gets pooicided for finding an alternative to oil

Imagine any alien civilisation in the universe. They're all using hydrogen for everything. On earth we're stuck with greedy oil barons who shut down anything that threatens to take over oil.

>Slowly convert water to o2 and h with the electricity of the generator
>Run h into engine as fuel at 999999999x1 energy loss
>WE MADE FREE ENERGY GREEN POWER WE WAS SCIENCE!

>invents a fuel cell
You're a few decades behind.
>imports engine
So India is Japan's Mexico?

can it be:

mass produced?
reliable?
relatively powerful?
cost effective?
repairable?
easily refueled?
safe?

no? then it's shit

The real issue with hydrogen is that because it's the smallest atom, it's very hard to prevent it from leaking. And that leads into the other problems you mentioned.

Geddit? Shit!! Haha GOTEM!!

w-what if indians are just white people but covered in shit?

>invents

How are hydrogen fuel cells made, retard?

Nah, we're laughing at the idea of you shitniggers playing around with 20,000 PSI explosively flammable fuel in your fucking tuk tuks. Should make for some good LiveLeak videos if nothing else.

LOLOLOL Indians are fucking idiots, you have over a billion people in one fucking country of course you'll have enough outliers to build something that takes intellect

>pic
Is that Helen? Based on the surface, but it's a den of degenerates. Lots of pedoshit goes down there (the photography studio guy is a sick fuck) and all of the business owners wives are passed around nonstop.

Read the image name. Wow, didn't know this style of tourist trap was popular elsewhere.

Indians might actually be nurglites...

"invents"
a schiziophrinciac that lives 5 houses from me has been driving his self built hydrogen powered car for the last 8 years while yelling at non existent wife

Creating an internal combustion engine that runs on hydrogen isnt difficult at all.
The problem is that hydrogen isnt an energy source. Its a method of energy storage.
We dont have naturally occurring hydrogen on Earth. Therefore we need to create hydrogen from water, using electrical energy. Its a rather energy intense process. So some source of fuel or energy needs to be used to create the hydrogen. Then the hydrogen can be put into a vehicle, but its radically different than pumping hydrocarbons out of the ground and putting a very small amount of energy into them to crack them into liquid fuels.
