Additives that have been approved by the FDA through lobbying and bribes. Possibly additives that are meant to do other things to us (like raise estrogen levels) but come with the side effect of autism in some cases. My theory is that the additives affect developing minds and bodies but are harmless to fully grown adults.
If you want to do right by any kids you have, then get them vaccinated but be careful about what you let them consume.
