You can be a communist in a capitalist state (like the Amish)
But you cannot be a capitalist in a communist state.
People that want a communist state, cannot even create a functioning commune.
People that can create a functioning commune, care not for a commie state.
The only reason you want a communist state, is because you are useless.
Ryan Hill
It is the economics of stagnation. It eliminates property rights. It encourages theft of capital and somehow expects a desirable outcome from that instead of utter ruin. Build a labor-saving device, and suddenly it is considered "capital" and can be confiscated by your communist pals the instant they decide they want a share. There is no legal foundation to prevent hordes of communists from taking over a factory from other communists and totally fucking up the works. Ownership by the proletariat is simply the law of the jungle. Communisms assumes similar fantasies about human nature that the libertarians do, like that people will act in their own long term interest for the good of the community.
The only good thing about communism is that it can be used to starve niggers and keep their population in check, which is why I fully 100% support communism in africa.

2 arguments
the first is a pretty common one, that the proletariat is not necessarily any more virtuous than bourgies
the second is that Marx's stages of history (slavery/chatteldom -> serfs/feudalism -> proletariat/capitalism -> socialism -> communism), which are commonly seen as a progression from inequality to equality, can be instead viewed as a degeneration from an awareness of enslavement (when it was overt) to an occlusion (where people do not realize the nature of their enslavement).
arguments like "x historical event failed" are pretty weak because such things are failures of socialist states, but don't undermine the ideal of communism at all. Saying that it's "anti-nature" does nothing for those who don't base their morality on empiricism/naturalism.
ultimately though the primary things that will make someone stop being a communist are to find another ideal (natsoc, anarchism, etc) or to become disillusioned with idealism in general
Angel Fisher

Hard latency limits dictate the maximum efficiency with which any OODA loop can respond. Centralized systems/top down systems require more OODA loops, each of which adds compounding inefficiency. Decentralized systems (AKA markets) simply respond to changes and conduct optimizations more quickly than centralized systems. This trend is apparent in evolution - muscle memory, recoiling from a snake, brushing away a spider, dodging a punch; all these things occur subconsciously and bypass most of your brain's systems because running the information through too many processing loops would slow your reaction such that you end up injured or dead more often than you would by acting quickly but imperfectly.
Centralized systems have the advantage of better long term planning (potentially), and the ability to quickly shift resources towards unforseen arbitrary goals. An example of that was the space race. The USSR led it for quite some time, but once the West oriented itself to the task, the greater efficiency of the market allowed them to close the gap, then overtake the Soviets.
Even in a post-scarcity communist economy, the most likely system would involve polling your needs and priorities for resources, which would need to be represented somehow. Such a representation would inevitable closely resemble what money already is, only with far more of a basic income flavor.
Jackson Brooks
It's an ideology based on a 19th century understanding of the world. Economics, Sociology etc etc have changed significantly since that time.
At this point, Communists/Socialists/Marxists are more or less just sophisticated anti-vaxxers

Russian immigrant and general gigantic cunt kike Emma (((Goldman))) and her boy toy Russian immigrant kike best bud Alexander (((Berkman))) were members of the IWW and targeted in the Palmer raids. She wanted to turn the United States into a communist nation. She was a subversive crusading for birth control and abortion withe Margaret Sanger, and hanging out with all sorts of unsavory radicals and revolutionaries.
The FBI booted her stupid kike ass back to Russia along with Berkman. When they arrived to see the glorious Bolshevik revolution in action they were horrified. They arranged a meeting with Lenin, who basically called them naive for believing in stupid stuff like free speech and was only interested in whether or not the loser classes of America could be goaded into revolt as easily as the Russians had. These two lifer communist fucks became so disillusioned with what they experienced that they left Russia, settled in France, and spent the rest of their lives writing extensively about what a couple of imbeciles they had been and how bolshevism and the communist system was a total sham.
So in other words, the most powerful argument is that a couple of life long communist subversive kikes were so impressed with communism in action that they actually spent the rest of their lives writing books admitting they were a couple of retards and lamenting that they couldn't come back to the US and live in happiness. It's almost impossible to get either a communist or a kike to admit they were wrong about anything, and they saw some serious shit because they beat the statistics on both counts. Go read "The Bolshevik Myth" or "My Disillusionment in Russia" if you want to hear it from the horse's mouth.

It has to kill lots of people to enforce itself. It relies upon central planing, which first of doesn't work due to unavoidable misallocation of resources, and second, in order to oversee the redistribution of wealth it creates a permanent ruling elite, which is the very thing communism promises to save us all from living under. It's literally a giant lie told by psychopaths in order to trick lazy gullible sheeple into letting the psychopaths run the society.

The rank and file of Communist agitators aka College/Uni deadshits wanting a Communist state can tolerate a subsistence existence living in shit tier communal housing provided they don't have to work and can hide in a herd of like minded slackerati.
The reality of course would be that they would be expected to produce something (labour) of use or otherwise be shot. Females may have a slightly less gruesome end if they can produce children.
The utopian dream that they can sit around all day in grotty beanies pursuing "art" while others in the collective toil and meet their needs for a verse of slam poetry or infantile folk ditty is as grounded as the thought process that has lead them to believe that Communism is fair if not benevolent despite little evidence.

This is actually important. Because under capitalism now you can start a business with other people and have as many directors in the business as you like. I've started a business with 6 other people and we all have basically equal shares/ownership and we all put in equal amounts of capital to get it started.
This ties in very closely with the failure of Marx's labour theory of value, labour isn't everything. When you start a business you need capital to do it, and because most businesses fail there's risk in putting up that capital and so the profit that's made off the back of the workers that goes to the business owners is compensation for the risk they took in investing and building the business.
The best way to make this point salient to communists is ask them why they've not started their own business, they've not done is becuase communism cannot work on its own merits, it can only work by taking away what capitalists had previously built. And that's why it fails because you can steal that but once it's stolen and there's nothing left to steal you all starve. Where as capitalism has a mechanism for encouraging people to take risks in starting new businesses and creating new wealth which is that the owners get to keep the profits.
Dominic Kelly
Government shouldn't own everything , neither should government distribute benefits. It will ultimately lead to corruption, abuse of power and tirrany. Human weaknesses ain't created by system , it already exists instead and no system can cure it.
Every system after monarchy was about to reduce government's power over individual to achieve greater liberties and communism goes against this (evolutionary) way.

Life in a nation with free markets is decent, life in communist countries (soviet union, communist china etc.) was shit. You may say that "it wasn't real communism", but it is the best comparison we have and it was a genuine attempt to achieve communism. What makes modern communist's hypothetical revolution any different than those that happened decades ago? How do you know that your version of communism will be good, is it worth it to sacrifice the decent life most people have under the free market?
