aviation, not infantry. The average height of an American infantryman was something like 3" shorter than the average member of the Army Air Corps.

That's not a bad thing as British officers were laughed at for using honourable but retarded tank charges across open ground and other outdated tactics leading to the phrase "lions led by donkeys" for British forces. USA did rely on material superiority but if they were truly ineffective they would be laughed at, but they were not. And they were not viewed as subhuman like the "bolshevik hoarde".

Most units were bad, but a few managed to inflict heavy loses on the germans in '44. By March '45 americans were sufficiently vetted, feared, and respected.

The germans didnt lose they just got dogpiled by every major power in the world. It took the combined effort of the Soviet union, British empire, America and whatever cuck traitors were available in Europe to take down Germany. Sure there was all the other based Europeans fighting for the axis but Germany did most of the grunt work. It's not really a bragging right to say that it took 6 fucking years to take down the toughest empire in all of human history with the help of pretty much the rest of the world

CAS support was mostly just random encounters in good weather and carpet bombing. In other words spam.
