No, we're lightyears away from that.
It's impossible to survive on other planets, and the energy and effort needed to recreate a terrestrial atmosphere on a rock bombarded with radiation and space dust, and to prevent it from breaking down is immense.
Besides, humans cannot produce viable offspring on other planets because of the problems during pregnancy or child incubation.
There is a million problems other than this, all ending in devastation. I don't think we're even a fraction of a percentage close to keeping a colony of fleas alive on a planet like Mars for more than a few years desu.
