Basically, any time that Trump attempts to restrict immigration (DACA removal, muslim ban, "remain in mexico," etc...), he is blocked by some judge in Hawaii. If Trump attempts to ignore the judge, he activates a constitutional crisis and the house will begin impeachment. The big problem here is that Trump cannot rely on the GOP in the senate to block an impeachment. They will not stand behind him.
