It was published on 2002, so is it still worth reading today? Is it scientifically dated? Any better book on human genetic/biological determinsm of human nature, race realism etc?

Don’t read this Jewish garbage. Modern books are written to keep the goyim down. At least any of those you’ll find on the amazon bestsellers list.
If you want to get to grips with race realism, H S Chamberlain, Alfred Rosenberg, Anthony Ludovici, Lothrop Storddatt and De Gobineau are required reading (especially Chamberlain). If you want something modern I suggest checking out Kevin Macdonald, Richard Lynn (for information on dysgenics). Arguably more important is Alfred Rosenberg’s book “The Track of the Jew Through the Ages” as this explains the connection between Jews and Arabs, and helps clarify why they seem to be working together (the Saudi royal family are crypto Jews) to subvert white societies (pro tip: they’re both semites, with similar DNA and evolutionary strategies since Judah was conquered in the 7th century by the Arabs when they intermarried).

Pinker is a total chump and adds nothing of value to the discussion. I should know, I retardedly have two of his books as I figured the first one being so bland and mainstream that the next one MUST be better.
A few other honourable mentions:
The Dispossessed Majorty/The Ethnostate by Wilmot Robertson. This is probably the best starting point for any discussion of race realism/white wellbeing and the survival of western civilisation in the context of geopolitics and history. It’s especially good because it goes over more recent developments since WW2 including the nuclear hypnosis and crisis of immigration.

If you want a general overview of the various different races check out HS Chamberlain/Wilmot Robertson. Chamberlain goes into the history of the different races and where they originated. Robertson gives a general overview. Chamberlain is definitely the heavier read
