China will keep the remaining (mostly automated) industrial and agricultural base around in the US as a workhouse to keep China fed and equipped, the same way the US kept Germany in economic slavery after they lost WWII.

New York City will remain a global finance tax haven pseudo-city state to move capital between Asia, Europe and Canada and New England will end up like Old England as a post-industrial rust belt with land cordoned off for elites to live on who make their money in the financial centre (New York City/London) with a 30-50% non-white descendants of migrant workers (blacks from the Great Migration, hispanics, asians, H1B pajeets) who will stay in the larger towns while whites live in the outer suburbs. Other major US cities like San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, Miami, Detroit, Philadelphia, Oklahoma City, Milwaukee, Kansis City, St Louis etc. will just crumble into typical Latin American shithole cities with huge populations filled with crime and unemplyoment, with small wealthy (mostly white) business owning elites living off their past reputations, like Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires or Havana.

The Southwest will become moslty indistinguishable from Mexico and the Southeast will return to a majority black segregated rural land like northern Brazil and will look similar to the Caribbean nations as the infrastructure continues to wither away. The Midwest and Northwest will remain mostly white but very sparsely populated (along with the occasional Indian reservation, who will push for more land ownership over time) and whose only lifeline is their trade with Canada.

You will see an increase in both religiousity and degenaracy as is typical in Latin America, as well as an increase in mindless "machismo" (the spread of hip hop culture being a major part of spreading this to normal life) as the US loses its cultural connection to European subtlety and retreats into barbarism, though on the flip side there will also be an deepening of family ties and tradition though as a response to losing economic power, again similar to the rest of the continent. Blacks will mix more and more until they fall under 10% of the population, but with a larger and larger proportion of the population becoming mixed mestizo and pardo descent, even amongst self-proclaimed whites, as in Brazil, Peru and Mexico.

European culture will actually remain dominant, even in the hispanic descent Southwest, though it will be an exaggerated dumbed down caricature of tradition mixed with some indigenous and African influences, like the Mexican Banda music. In the US this will likely result in Country music becoming even more popular but also more warped. Expect to see country music singers wearing bright colours and gaudy accessories as it mixes with hip hop culture into a homogeneous "American" style. As the US becomes more isolationist, this will be exported less to the rest of the world and less foreign influences from Europe will be imported to offset this, so the cultural transformation to a typical American norm will accelerate.

Organised crime will likely decrease with the loss of economic potential, especially if hard drugs are legalized, but pointless acts of violence and petty crime will increase, similar to the rest of the continent. The government will likely outlaw gun ownership at some point, but everyone will ignore it and carry weapons openly anyway, increasing a sense of lawlessness. Women will become more sexually crude and society will push a hypocritical religiousity with acceptance and encouragement of prostitution.
