Why were there no large-scale rebellions by African-Americans? Why was there no civil war in the 50-60s? From a purely pragmatic mind, White Americans should have never given up their slaves, and Black Americans should have murdered every single White American. Why didn't this happen? Why is there still an uneasy alliance between these two completely different ethnic groups? In any other land, there would have been a very simple war to settle the scores.

The reason why slaves never rebelled was simply because they didn't have the means to. While they vastly outnumbered slave owners and those willing to quell any rebellions they wouldn't have had the arms or the tactics to win such a rebellion. This also would've required a very large amount of planning, preparation, and cooperation that blacks are simply unable to achieve.
During the Civil Rights Era it was much the same reason. However, by this point they were also aware that they relied on white society to keep and maintain black societal living standards. While standards may have fell for them in the eyes of whites by the time 2019 has rolled around they see it differently due a difference in priorities.
Ultimately, black society NEEDS white society in order to survive and this is something that blacks understand but are unwilling to admit. It's the source of all their hatred against whites and why we're their number one nemesis. This is why blacks never rose up and never will rise up. They know that the moment they are left to their own devices they will head the way of Liberia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and every other ex-colonial state.
We keep black society operating out of a sense of guilt for their prior enslavement and discrimination without too much of an idea of where to go now. Blacks are so far removed from large scale negative discrimination that they view being treated neutrally as hatred.
