A valid one, I just gave you an example of they've been doing. Here's the deal, these companies pay for their visas and I believe have something set up for their housing, like they're either given a special rate, a stipend or housed on the premises. I think they pay for the airfare too, initially - or it could be each time. I'm not sure. Either way this workforce which seems reasonable to even Jow Forums, doesn't make much sense to a company. They'd rather avoid all that and have workers that will just be there at a moments notice without having to deal with extra paperwork and expenses.
