Give me one logical argument against protecting people with preexisting conditions...

Give me one logical argument against protecting people with preexisting conditions. Do you understand that without that if you get something like cancer you are basically uninsurable for the rest of your life?

do you buy car insurance only AFTER you have an accident?
Are you a fucking gib grabbing retard that doesn't understand what insurance is?

>US problems

>people never change plans
Are you this stupid?

Yes I have insurance after having an accident.

Fuck off, parasite.

The way insurance works, is to average out risk among a large pool of people.
You fucking assholes want to have the accident and then buy the insurance when the risk is literally 100%.
That's not the deal.
You can't do "Oh shit, I totaled that guy's car and killed him, so I better buy insurance to cover it!" and then expect to pay the same as the honest people, who aren't fucking losers, who bought the insurance before the accident.
this.

If someone is born with a condition, they would be uninsurable for life, and it wouldn't even be their fault or their parents' fault for not insuring them before any accident.

>have a plan
>get cancer
>cured of cancer
>have to change plans
>cancer diagnosis is considered a pre existing condition and prevents you from being able to get a new plan
this is the world without the ACA

Not true.
My child is covered by my insurance at birth.

That's something different... the whole con game of having to change plans. If the insurance company is making you change plans - no, they can't duck their liability like that and the government should step in and protect the consumer.
If you have to change plans because you want better coverage (ie pay less in total) then no, you shouldn't be able to do that.

Is that true for all insurance plans?

Obama's mother's death was literally that situation:

I remember my mother. She was 52 years old when she died of ovarian cancer, and you know what she was thinking about in the last months of her life? She wasn't thinking about getting well. She wasn't thinking about coming to terms with her own mortality. She had been diagnosed just as she was transitioning between jobs. And she wasn't sure whether insurance was going to cover the medical expenses because they might consider this a preexisting condition. I remember just being heartbroken, seeing her struggle through the paperwork and the medical bills and the insurance forms. So, I have seen what it's like when somebody you love is suffering because of a broken health care system. And it's wrong. It's not who we are as a people.[57]

Dunham's employer-provided health insurance covered most of the costs of her medical treatment, leaving her to pay the deductible and uncovered expenses, which came to several hundred dollars per month.[59] Her employer-provided disability insurance denied her claims for uncovered expenses because the insurance company said her cancer was a preexisting condition.[59]

>Give me one logical argument against protecting people with preexisting conditions.

Pic unrelated.

Defeats the purpose of insurance because nobody will sign up before getting sick.

>forcing working poor people to buy health care, fining them thousands of dollars if they can't pay
>welfare and "disabled" niggers get it all for free

Obamacare was the biggest scam ever. You were taxed for not buying a product from a privately owned company.

If you want everyone to have insurance, the government has to either force insurance companies to take whatever the people can afford, or force the people to pay whatever the insurance companies demand.
Obama sold us out to the healthcare industry, just like he sold our future to the banks with the bailout, obamacare was the bailout to the failing healthcare system, overloaded with boomers and migrants

If you are smart enough to purchase insurance that covers your future child before you have a child in 9 months

>Give me one logical argument against protecting people with preexisting conditions.
They're all gay

The US healthcare system is horrible, there's no denying it. It is yet another part of the institutionalized theft system we suffer through, like the legal system, the political system, the school system, etc etc etc.

Fuck them and all the other do nothing shitters of the world.

useless eaters need to die

>being unironically stupid enough to believe this has EVER happened.

No car insurance company will pay for the accident that happened while you had different insurance

You can buy a non-family individual plan and say screw the kid.
But then if the kid is disabled, the state will take care of the child for you, but they're going to reduce you to a poverty level first.
Your choice.
Is it your argument that you make bad choices and need a nanny state to force you to make the right choice?
(((captcha))) is in jew mode.

If you can purchase coverage after an event, you haven't bought insurance. You've just stolen premiums paid by people who did by insurance.

Allowing "insurance" of pre-existing conditions is government-sanctioned theft of premiums paid by people who bought real insurance--i.e., insurance that they bought before they had a problem.

Obama’s mom was a man so she couldn’t have died of ovarian cancer. Testicular cancer maybe.

What Obama care did was take the government gun, put it to everyone's head, and said "buy health insurance".
Okay, great.
Then Trump comes along and says "nah, you don't have to" So the whole pre-existing condition thing became a farce. Now they HAVE to take you and you didn't have to buy the insurance.
Obamacare made a little bit of sense - it is completely unconstitutional by article 1 section 8 and the 10th Amendment - but if you HAVE to buy insurance, okay. There will be few and far between cases of pre-existing conditions and the government threw money at the health insurance companies for that.
But now? These stupid fucking leaches don't buy insurance until after they get sick.
I wonder if the (((mods))) can set the Captcha to asshole mode if they don't like your politics?

>Do you understand that without that if you get something like cancer you are basically uninsurable for the rest of your life?
I guess if the doc says cancer is completely cured he can get health care insurance.

after you have a car accident, its kinda too late to demand insurance against having a car accident......
