This is not new. This is not about Trump. The military has always planned for fighting and winning a nuclear war. Presidents have always known this.
They have had plans in place for decades, not just for the war but for the aftermath. They know exactly what to do to immediately setup mass treatment medical facilities and restore electricity and water.
