Putting that aside, why stop at black people, why not also get rid of white people whose IQ is lower than average of the IQ of the general white population?
We are not talking just about white people who are retarded but white people whose IQ score is still inside the average range but is more closer to the average IQ score of blacks than to the average IQ of whites.
