The whole scholastic system needs a reform. Cheap or free college is going to put huge stresses on community college infrastructures, which will be more prone to becoming adult daycares, while jacking up the prices of private schools.

I’d like the ability to clear them with bankruptcy, but they’re in so deep already. The strain of people getting locked out of the market from a mass declaration of bankruptcy will have a pretty large effect.

You get a year of study preparation after finishing highschool where you extensively dig into what you will actually study, what prospects you will have and you get to have several test courses.

First study program until masters will be free. 2nd the state takes 50%. the 3rd one you have to pay entirely yourself.

What should happen is the government penalizing or banning all predatory forms of loans and limiting how much interest they can charge. That also means when you take out a school loan, you are only taking out the amount for school, nothing extra. If you want play money, get a fucking part time job.
