A wealth tax will never impact the most wealthy ever. The most wealthy are the banker elite. They are able to compel nations to print more money in our crony banking system and offset any amount they would pay to the government, which they also have bought, and own. They have owned your government since before your grandparents were born. Anything you pay in taxes goes to a government that works for this wealthy elite.

The only people that are ever impacted by these taxes is the middle class up to the non-banker class. They will get double fucked by a tax that basically confiscates their family's wealth over their working years, and then hit with a devalued currency. Anything paid into state "safety nets" will be stolen, and programs will be insolvent by the time your time comes to claim any benefit.
