It seems to me that the actual narrative is about the consequences of war. The Eldians representing the fascists (not the jews) and essentially paying the price for the brutality of their ancestors and being forced by the Marleyans (jews) to live in isolation under the oppression of their monsters (the titans) without any kind of memory of why. So yeah, I'd say absolutely based and redpilled, especially considering what I've read comes next according to the manga.
