I can draw and sculpt really well,
I cand lucid dream, I can visualize thing in my head, but I can't actualy SEE the visualisations like a hallucination or hypnagogic imagery. I can 'visualize' a scene in front of me, but not actualy see it, it's fucking hard to describe.

I think I might have this? I don't picture things in my mind easily, and I have just been discussing with a friend and my brother how I do not have an inner monologue with a voice in my head. I can picture things and can draw things from memory, but it is not like a clear picture when I close my mind. Anything I can do to make my brain better?

Ok so i just thought NPV was a common knowledge thing and something, say 50%, of people have. I didn't know there was a name for it but I've met plenty of people with it OR they just get confused by the language like I did when reading the article. Yes, but it is not like you and I think something. He HEARS the voices. He had an issue years ago where he heard his friends calling him from the neighbors apartment upstairs. as someone with aphantasia at least in my own experience you do still have an inter al dialogue

I have explained to him multiple times that I have a voice that I "think" with in my head. It is different though, even if he does not engage them his voices talk to him often. I have read some literature on schizophrenia and honestly do not know what it is. You say it is a fracturing of the mind but the medical world does not really know too much about it. Anyone with enough symptoms they cannot explain gets labeled schizo. Back in many ancient civilizations what we call schizo's were often given positions like shaman or sage because it was believed they had a stronger bond with the spirit world etc. I am not sure they were wrong.
