I'm making $27/hr and literally graduated from college last year.
last few weeks have been hell for me though, no weekends and 12 sometimes 16 hour days...glad I'm hourly. normally I only have to work 8. it's just right now there is something big going on, and I'm basically living at work.
I get overtime so time and a half on 27 is 40 /hr
I'm pulling in about $2500 per week during these extremely busy times. but I feel dead and just want to go back to normal hours. probably won't happen for another two weeks though.

Most likely referring to the standard Microsoft Office suite of products - Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio, Access, Paint etc. It’s one thing to be able to use these programs and quite another to know how to format them properly, automate and customize them to your specific business. If you have three years of experience then you should have most of the Excel formulas memorized and be able to create your own spreadsheets and databases to optimize efficiencies. I thinks this is what an employer would expect if they are going to offer someone the upper range wage closer to $12 from the ad OP posted.
