REMINDER!!!!!!! SCOTUS WILL RE-TRY CENSUS QUESTION BEFORE DEADLINE

For the dumbfucks that didn't even read the verdict, the case is on HOLD and will come straight back to SCOTUS after the lower court.

The key part that retards here are ignoring:

>SCOTUS has AGREED that Wilbur Ross has the authority to add the question.

They want better clarification about the reasons, but this is a lock for Trump now.

ROSS NOW HAS THE AUTHORITY TO ADD THE QUESTION.

>we demand representation
>we don’t want to be counted though
>t. illegal faggit beaners

Friendly reminder that the non-citizen precedent in the census is a holdover from southern, slaveholding states who had a low population of citizens and a high population of slaves. Southern states would have had much less political power in Congress if we didn't count their slaves as part of the population.

This is the modern day 3/5 compromise and it should demonstrate to all observers that California is a slaveholding state that needs illegal immigrants for dirt cheap, backbreaking labor. They have no interest in their well being any more than the confederacy had an interest in the well being of their property. Democrats need slavery yet again.

>For the dumbfucks that didn't even read the verdict, the case is on HOLD and will come straight back to SCOTUS after the lower court

This

>"In light of the early understanding of and long practice under the Enumeration Clause, we conclude that it permits Congress, and by extension the Secretary, to inquire about citizenship on the census questionnaire. We need not, and do not, decide the constitutionality of any other question that Congress or the Secretary might decide to include in the census."

If you're right, why is everyone else reporting that the government doesn't have the right to add the question? What sort of pilpul are they pulling here?

>If you're right, why is everyone else reporting that the government doesn't have the right to add the question?

Because they are spinning it.

The case is still undecided and will bounce down to lower court and back up to SCOTUS before the main deadline in October.

The verdict backs Trump's position so far though:

>"In light of the early understanding of and long practice under the Enumeration Clause, we conclude that it permits Congress, and by extension the Secretary, to inquire about citizenship on the census questionnaire. We need not, and do not, decide the constitutionality of any other question that Congress or the Secretary might decide to include in the census."

They're not slaves. They're illegal invaders. Stop being a dumb fuck.

>Southern states would have had much less political power in Congress if we didn't count their slaves as part of the population.
didn't they used to do a one fifth thing? like every 5 slaves was enough to count as a voting citizen? those laws changed a lot over the years

If this is true then why are they saying he has to give "better" reasoning

This gives the corrupt court and their political allies time to collect secret donations from both sides before they actually come to a ruling. The final ruling will be determined not by the law but by (((popular sentiment))).

So this can be pointed
>Thomas Hofeller, Republican redistricting strategist, felt a citizenship question would benefit, in his own words, 'Republicans and Non-Hispanic Whites,'

Its doubtful it will be decided before the 2020 census tho. Which makes it meaningless because the damage will have been done to voting.

I'm feeling it.

By not allowing the question. They are in fact disenfranchising legal American voting citizens of all colors by weighting high illegal immigrant districts above citizen districts.
The left are accusing the tight of what they are in fact doing. Dienfranchising voters based on race, in this circumstance the target is white districts.

>Its doubtful it will be decided before the 2020 census tho.

It will be. The final deadline is October and the SCOTUS can come in at any time during summer break.

I've been hearing they need to have the forms finalized by July. Is that just BS?

The Census has nothing to do with voting. The citizenship question would cause the response rate to decline so the Census wouldn't be accurrate anymore.

That's a kike way of putting it. The Census is whatever politicians say it is. It is in fact used to draw electoral districts and determine public funding which is all controlled by politicians who are in fact elected by voters. The fact these people argument is that lying criminals will be "disenfranchised" is a sick joke.

That's not just spinning. It says "permits" and they're saying "does not permit." Usually they're a little more inventive in their lies.

I thought it said SCROTUS

keks

Republishits just want to indulge in lettering their white voters live in denial. Districts are not drawn by voter population, just total population in an area.

They're both.
Democrats will promise pathways to citizenship but never deliver.
The reason why is because by keeping them illegal they can be denied the same basic rights as Americans.
This means they will work for subsistence wages (slavery) in unsafe conditions and never complain for fear of deportation.
Its the same reason the left supports H1b migration.
Keeps wages low for skilled labor in the same way.
They want open borders but no citizenship.
Count the spics in blue areas to increase representation but dont let them actually be citizens with full rights.
They might start voting in their own best interests if that happened

Small technical point, but it might help should you discuss the case with libs on Facebook: trial courts and juries deliver verdicts. Appellate Courts and courts of last resort issue rulings.

If you arent a citizen you arent supposed to be counted by the census.
The census doesnt count people it counts citizens

They are just lying to your face. Remember who's reporting this, they are not reliable journalists.

the deadline in june 30 for the census forms. its too late user
