>You seem not to understand that total numbers are more important than percentages Percentages paint a more accurate picture of the situation. For example, if it were a 200k margin in California, that would be extremely important and would show potential for a flip. However, there were only 2 million voters in Oregon, and 200k is a much bigger number in that regard. I have family who live in Oregon; not much is gonna change in that state. >Oregon has local issues which make it more likely to flip- dems being tyrants. Oregon couldn't flip in 2018 with Kate Brown being a horrible governor, so I doubt it will even remotely flip in an at-large presidential election. The people in Portland are radically liberal, while the smaller cities are not conservative enough to make it more of a swing state. This is honestly awesome. I hope they don't come back. They should just go on permanent vacation; I'm sure their constituents don't give a fuck anyway
Reminder Oregon has a state level single payer system funded by outrageously high income taxes and the Individual Mandate is state law there. It is a fully communistic shithole and it looks like the Republicans finally realized that the only thing left to do is torch it.
Yes but also no. Roberts, you know the man who said Oniggercare was fine because it's a tax and the head of the FISA courts, said that the question is in fact constitutional but Trump needs a better reason for it.
Bernie Sanders is live on Twitch, you know what to do boys.

Thank God the US isn't a democracy, it's a republic.

One reason why Oregon will never flip, nor be a swing state. It's Multnomah, which is the county that Portland is in. Washington and Clackamas are the suburbs which surround it, while Lane contains Eugene, which has the University of Oregon. Everything else is pretty moderate and center-right, but nowhere near enough to make the state competitive in an at-large election.
Also noticed that the county which Salem is in did go red (barely) in 2016, along with some of the northwestern rural counties which have been blue since the 1980's. Pretty cool to see some rural communities uncucking, but Portland is pretty much Oregon's Chicago.
they decided adding the question to the census is Consitutional and legal BUT they don't like the explanation and they want them to come back with a cleaner looking reasoning from the Commerce Dept.
I fucking hate it when atheists talk about religion while having no idea what religion and lore is >lol why did god create satan Like seriously, Lucifer was created as the perfect being by god himself and was the top guy of the archangels. He thought he was so perfect that he believed he could overthrow god.
Lulz. It's for the people only when we do it in 2001 (which is what Kate Brown did.) Pretty much. There are two other places that draw screeching lefties, Eugene and Corvallis, but other than that the state is very red. Also awoos for this bread.
I mean, the GOP in California should have done this in the 2000's before the Dems got their supermajorities. I mean, there is no reason to put up with this bullshit; I think it also fires up Republicans in those states who are disillusioned with being ruled by one large city. I remember hearing the Trump campaign is seeking out Oregon as a potential campaign target but right now that's just wishful thinking.
Here's what's bus me about about /sg//Tulsipedes, they gloss over the fact in pretty every other policy she stands on she is bad for the long term for the country. In fact once can easily argue all her positions fall in line with the Secular Jewish agenda. I guess her not wanting to kill muzzies for orthodox Zionist Israel is cool in on itself but you can't argue her other stances create a net positive for Americans.
